Welcome to All About Learning (“AAL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website allaboutlearning.inand all associated programmes, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or enrolling in any AAL programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About AAL

All About Learning is an educational initiative based in Delhi, India, that provides personalised, Swabhava-based learning programmes for children. Our current offerings include Sandhya Abhyasa (daily evening study sessions), Diksha (15-day learning programme), and Disha (one-on-one mentorship, currently on waitlist).

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for parents and legal guardians of children aged 6–18 years. By enrolling your child, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and the legal parent or guardian of the child being enrolled.
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Programme Enrolment and Fees

Sandhya Abhyasa — Daily evening study sessions. Fees and schedules are communicated directly to enrolled families via WhatsApp.

Diksha — A 15-day learning trial. The first 15 days are provided free of charge. A monthly fee of ₹99 applies thereafter, only if you choose to continue. We will notify you before any charges are applied.

Disha — Currently in a waitlist phase. No fees are applicable until the programme is formally launched and communicated to you.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be communicated at the point of billing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may withdraw your child from any AAL programme at any time by contacting us at allaboutlearning@allaboutlearning.in.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that cycle.
• Fees already paid for a current billing period are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
• If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share, reproduce, or distribute any AAL learning materials, worksheets, or content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from our website.
• Impersonate AAL, its team members, or any other user.
• Submit false or misleading information during registration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, worksheets, the Swabhava framework, and the Sandhya Abhyasa curriculum — is the intellectual property of All About Learning and is protected under Indian copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your child's learning. No other rights are granted.

The name “All About Learning”, the acronym “AAL”, the Swabhava profiles, and associated names and logos are trademarks of All About Learning. They may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms including WhatsApp (for communication), Google Analytics (for website analytics), and Amazon Web Services (for data storage). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content or learning material for a particular child.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or Services.
• Specific learning outcomes or academic results for any child.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors including the child's engagement, consistency of practice, and individual circumstances. AAL provides a structured, guided learning environment but cannot guarantee specific academic results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AAL and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AAL in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at allaboutlearning@allaboutlearning.in so that we can attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled families of material changes via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of our Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
